Now in its third year we are bringing an inclusive Arts Festival to East Surrey!

… showcasing a vibrant regional community with a desire to further inclusivity and wellbeing in promoting wider access to the performing and visual arts

It all began with an idea for an arts festival following a Fun Day held in August 2021 on Grange Meadow in the small village of Bletchingley which sits on the high ground between Redhill to the West, Caterham to the North and Oxted to the East in the district of Tandridge, Surrey. It has two charities developing the artistic skills of disabled people, a historic church, two schools, Aelfa Arts Hub providing different types of artistic events for children and adults while villagers open their gardens to the public every year and artists invite the public to visit them in their studios. Yet there isn’t an arts festival for miles around. Bletchfest is the fruit of the idea to bring an arts festival to East Surrey.
